Québec, QC Canada ~
Rue Saint-Jean was the street that we’d use to walk to and from Old Québec. This street has a beautiful mix of modern and historic architecture. As with most vacations, my fondest memories involve food. We had a wonderful breakfast at Au Bonnet D’Âne (rough translation: The Donkey Bonnet), the best tasting pesto pizza I’ve ever had in my life at Pizzeria D’Youville, and mouthwatering onion soup and banana and chocolate crepes at Au Petit Coin Breton. There is a fantastic park, Rink Place D’Youville, that is turned into an ice skating rink in the winter, located right before entering Old Quebec. I hope to one day see this park in the winter, I’m sure it would be a beautiful sight.
What a lovely place! I hope you can return someday that would be nice.
