Old Quebec Boardwalk

May 19, 2020 by E. Casa de Calvo

Quebec City, QC ~ Old Quebec is walled by fortifications dating back to the 17th century, and full of historic landmarks and museums. The Upper Town contains a Citadelle fort from the 1800s, the grand Château Frontenac hotel and Terrasse Dufferin, a boardwalk overlooking the St. Lawrence River.

Chapel of the Holy Cross

March 28, 2020 by E. Casa de Calvo

Sedona, AZ ~ The cross sits at the top of a hill, and is built within the red rock cliffs. The hill top offers a spectacular view! I was warned that the cactus (seen in this set) spits needles at you if you get too close. Another tidbit: the architect who designed the chapel was also a student of Frank Lloyd Wright. A beautiful place of reflection.
