The first photo in this series is of our hotel room at Parc Suites Hotel, 3463 Park Ave, Montreal, QC H2X 2H6, Canada (parcsuites.com). I’m sure there are fancier, newer places to stay nearby, but we greatly enjoyed this particular hotel because of the homely feel of the rooms and friendliness of the staff. You feel like you are staying in your own downtown apartment. From this location we were able to walk in all directions, exploring each corner of the city. The photos in this set are of mainly older, historic buildings. I wish I had taken notes… the only building I remember is the last in the set: Nota Bene Stationary Store, 3416 Av Du Parc, Montreal, Québec H2X 2H5, Canada (nota-bene.ca). I remember taking this photo, thinking, “Do people still use stationary?” I guess so.
