Cascade, ID ~ Cascade isn’t too far from Boise. This was a wonderful getaway. We stayed at the Bears Knight Inn, a really cute place with a huge gift shop. The town was neat, but the drive up was the most interesting part. Winding up the mountains on a two lane road with ice and snow was teeth clenching.
