Stranger Things

May 25, 2022 by E. Casa de Calvo

Grapevine, TX ~ Grapevine Mills Mall hosted the Stranger Things pop-up shop. The experience was amazing, but the photo opportunities were few with the sheer amount of people in such a small space. These are the few shots I was able to get, but the rest of the time we were just having fun. A true fan experience! I included the promo in case you are interested in finding a pop-up near you.

Aurora Area 3 | Lights

January 25, 2021 by E. Casa de Calvo

Dallas, TX ~ I’ll preface this post with a reminder that I am an amateur photographer, which means that I still don’t know what half of the functions on my camera do. When we entered the art display (parking garage) we were instructed to turn off the flash for best quality photos. The garage was very dark and I thought I had only selected the flash, but I apparently messed with other settings. Anyhow, these photos were completely unintentional, but […]

Chapel of the Holy Cross

March 28, 2020 by E. Casa de Calvo

Sedona, AZ ~ The cross sits at the top of a hill, and is built within the red rock cliffs. The hill top offers a spectacular view! I was warned that the cactus (seen in this set) spits needles at you if you get too close. Another tidbit: the architect who designed the chapel was also a student of Frank Lloyd Wright. A beautiful place of reflection.
