I had the pleasure of visiting New Orleans near Halloween. I guess much doesn’t change in these parts, a bit spooky all year long. I did see some strange things. While dining at Ignatius on Magazine St. I witnessed a transformer blow up, knocking out power on the entire block. However, the scariest thing was the giant head of Abraham Lincoln somewhere on Royal St.
