Corpus Christi, TX ~

We are shivering through the third “winter vortex” blast, and I’m pining for my old hood. These pictures show the route my dog and I would take along the shoreline for morning walks. According to my dog, there is no better place to poop than on the shoreline (mommy always picks it up, of course). The one hazy looking picture is of a spanish style house off of a main shoreline street. This is architecturally an interesting home, but I like this picture because it shows the heavy haze of fog seen most mornings. I don’t miss the sticky air, but those morning walks were heaven.

There is also a set of two pictures of a pier. These were taken off of the Snoopy’s deck, a popular restaurant that sits right on the water. It is a wonderful, relaxed dining experience and the food is great too. Now I’m craving warm weather AND fried oysters!
