Red Wing, MN ~ The Red Wing Amtrak runs the Empire Builder line, which runs daily from Chicago, Seattle, and Portland, with westbound stops at Winona and Saint Paul Minnesota. Winona, MN ~ This is Winona in the winter. This particular winter was mild, or so they say – I’m a Texan, all Minnesota winters are brutal to me. The aerial views were taken from E. Garvin Heights Rd., where you can drive all the way to the top of a bluff and see the entire city spanning the Mississippi.
