It is also known for, you guessed it, Red Wing Shoes and Red Wing Stoneware. Most towns situated on the Mississippi make for beautiful places to visit. This town is no exception, and has a lot of historic charm.
Waxahachie, TX ~ One of my favorite places to be! The people are nice, the stores are unique, and there is history at every turn. Each building has an original style and most are very well maintained. Anyone who loves antiquing should consider a weekend visit.
