Sedona, AZ ~ Beautiful hiking trail, roughly 4 miles. I visited in summer, and really underestimated the heat – the dry heat sneaks up on you! It was still an amazing hike. I highly recommend it for beginners like me.

Winona, MN ~ This is Winona in the winter. This particular winter was mild, or so they say – I’m a Texan, all Minnesota winters are brutal to me. The aerial views were taken from E. Garvin Heights Rd., where you can drive all the way to the top of a bluff and see the entire city spanning the Mississippi. Boise, ID ~ This is a popular place to exercise. Located behind the penitentiary are large bluffs and walking trails. Many people park their cars at the base of the hills and walk/jog the trails.
