Hok-Si-La Park
Lake City, MN ~ In the summer this park would be busy with campers, fishermen, and people enjoying a swim. The lake was completely frozen on this visit. The shore is icy, making it difficult to walk, but well worth the risk. It is not evident in these photos, but the wind gusts were also quite powerful.
