Wintery Winona
Winona, MN ~ This is Winona in the winter. This particular winter was mild, or so they say – I’m a Texan, all Minnesota winters are brutal to me. The aerial views were taken from E. Garvin Heights Rd., where you can drive all the way to the top of a bluff and see the entire city spanning the Mississippi.
