Waxahachie, TX ~ One of my favorite places to be! The people are nice, the stores are unique, and there is history at every turn. Each building has an original style and most are very well maintained. Anyone who loves antiquing should consider a weekend visit.

New Orleans, LA ~ This is only a glimpse of Tulane’s campus. The grounds are quite large, and we didn’t have enough time to see everything. Even still, we had a very pleasurable stroll on a very nice day!

New Orleans, LA ~ If you make your way to New Orleans, the St. Louis Cemeteries are a must see. These cemeteries are said to be the oldest of its type – with above ground tombs. There are many famous people buried here, including Voodoo Queen Marie Laveau.
